I have long been intrigued by the power of medicines and have witnessed firsthand how they can transform lives. As an academic researcher and university teacher at the University of Groningen and the University Medical Center Groningen, I aim to advance the field of personalized pharmacotherapy and contribute to the training of the next generation of pharmaceutical healthcare specialists. Together with amazing colleagues, collaborators, and students, I am doing my utmost to realize better, safer, and more personalized drug therapies.
